ABOUT OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Our apartments are located in Sesimbra’s historical center: only 50 meters away from stunning beaches by the Atlantic ocean and only a few steps away from the best restaurants. The building was recently renovated and offers simple and functional design complemented by artwork handpicked from a selection of talented local artists.
Our rooms are shielded from any street noise and are equipped with blackout curtains to protect your sleep from early sunlight and summer heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) & utensils.
The rooftop with sea & castle view are a huge bonus, especially at the sunset. We are pet-friendly, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to bring your pet!

You can make a reservation via our web-site or use alternative channels such as booking.com, Airbnb.
Check-in time – 15.00. Check-out – 11:00. Early arrival or late departure can be offered for an additional charge upon request depending on availability. Please contact us to learn the availability for your specific dates.
Our representative will meet you at the door entrance with the keys. Please inform us about your estimated time of arrival on a phone number you will find in your reservation confirmation.
The apartments come with bed linen and set of towels, they are changed every time a new customer arrives, every week and upon request (if you need to change the whole set, a fee will apply).
The kitchens are fully equipped and of course include, among others, the fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, utensils and cleaning supply.
All apartments have access to wireless internet (WiFi) with no traffic limit.
We do not offer a dedicated work desk or work zone in our apartments. However very soon a new coworking space will be open just several minutes away from the apartment just overlooking the beach.
We do not have washing machines in our apartments. You can use the laundry with self-service just 5 minutes away from the apartment.
T1 apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults (we offer a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom).
T1+mezzanine apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults (we offer a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds on mezzanine).
We provide baby cots for kids under 2 years old. No extra beds are offered.
We will make available a selection of baby and toddler equipment, so you don’t have to worry about bringing this with you. This may include things like potties/toilet inserts, toddler steps, baby cot, baby chair, stroller. We can discuss your specific requirements when you make a booking inquiry.
Currently our apartments are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Yes, simple rules to adhere to local regulations, respect for neighbourhood and the property. These are available to read at the point of booking.
We are pet-friendly, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to bring your pet (additional cleaning will be charged separately).

No, we do not take any deposit, but we reserve the right to charge a value for any damage incurred by you to the apartment.

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the season. Please check this information at the time of booking for your specific dates.
If you wish to change any detail of your confirmed booking, we will do our best to make the change, however, cannot guarantee this will be accommodated. All changes of date are subject to availability. Name changes or child age changes will not incur any charges or administration fee.
